What is a JSP?
A Job Seekers Profile (JSP) is a new and unique way of matching employers and employees together. A JSP is a search facility that clearly identifies the defined criteria that an employer seeks.
A JSP does not replace a CV, but fast tracks employment opportunities. A full CV should always be sent to an employer in due course.
A JSP does not reveal ANY personal contact details to ANY person.
Please NOTE - None of your personal contact information or name (fields with * and highlighted) are included in a search by employers looking at Job Seekers Profiles. A potential employer will not know who you are and can only contact you by blind e-mail. You then can decide if you want to respond back to any employer’s interest in you.
Can I view other peoples JSP’s?
Only companies that have posted a Job Advert may view all JSP’s From your admin page when you post a job.

If I post my JSP, will people be able to see my personal details?

How do I change my JSP details?
From your admin page – just click on 'Modify'.
I have found a job, how do I delete my details?
From your admin page, click ‘Delete User’ this will take you to a confirm link which will remove ALL & ANY details or adverts you may have placed from our records.
How long do you keep my details?
As long as you are registered.
Are any of my details available to 3rd parties?
NO – NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES will members details be available to any 3rd parties.
Will ALL my details be removed from your system if I delete my profile?

How do I submit a news article?

I made a mistake on my advert, how do I change it?
Simply by going to your admin page & clicking on 'Modify'.
As a supplier, why can’t I get a Platinum listing?
Platinum listings are for food franchise companies only. You can have a SPOTLIGHT feature free of charge which will be periodically displayed in rotation on the home page.
Can I have just one registration / login in details for my Company?
No sorry, individuals must register separately.
How can I get my advert ‘In The Spotlight?’

I would like my Company to receive a higher profile, is this possible?

I answered a job advertisement but still have not received a reply?
Unfortunately, we have no control over this aspect. Try resending the email again, perhaps your email got deleted by mistake. If your application was unsuccessful the company should have had the courtesy to inform you.

How will I know how successful my advert is?
Advertisers can view the number of hits from their admin page. The ability to turn these into further actions is down to the appeal of the advert you posted.
